After working in the corporate world for several years, Sonia decided to change her life and take her yoga practice a step further by training as a yoga teacher. She had previously trained as a Pilates instructor with A. Pilates Body Control.
Sonia trained in various styles of yoga at renowned centres such as the Adhijna Yoga School in Varkala, India, where she trained in Ashtanga and later Yin Yoga. From then on, Ashtanga became her personal practice, her daily support, her guide and Yin her balm.
Since her training in Asia, first in Indonesia and then in India, Sonia continues her daily training with the aim of approaching the practice with great respect and in a safe way for those who join her in each class.
