“Connecting body and mind through breathing and flowing between postures is a transformative experience”

“Connecting body and mind through breathing and flowing from posture to posture is an energising, transformative experience of self-awareness and enjoyment, full of wonderful emotions and sensations that we all can and deserve to enjoy every day of our lives”

Seeing the positive impact yoga had on every aspect of my life led me to delve deeper into the practice.

“Learning continues to be a constant process in my life. I continue to work and improve my practice by training with great teachers”.

Loredana first discovered yoga in Naples in 2004 and combined it with her study of Tai Chi Chuan while working as a designer and photographer for 4 years.

In 2010, now settled in Madrid, she continued her practice in different styles such as Vinyasa, Dharma and Ashtanga.

She decided to deepen her yoga practice after seeing how yoga positively affected every aspect of her life, and in 2015 she trained as a teacher under the guidance of Master Alexis Simon (Brussels) in Iyengar Yoga.

In 2018 Loredana travelled to India where she studied and practised yoga for 6 months under the guidance of several senior teachers in the Iyengar tradition such as Swati Chanchani, Usha Devi, Ashish Sharma, Ekta Ghale, Ido Manor; and Traditional Hatha yoga, Pranayama and Meditation such as Surinder Singh.

Since then, Loredana has continued her training and practice, teaching classes in different yoga centres in Madrid and is an instructor at retreats, conferences and workshops.

Today she continues her training in the Iyengar tradition as well as in other disciplines such as Tantra, Ayurveda and Mindful Eating.
